IT has learned that iQOO Pad Ultra is equipped with Qualcomm's sixth-generation Snapdragon 8 Super Elite processor and its own developed gaming chip Q4. It features a new generation of Monster hyper-core engine, the industry's first iQOO self-developed scheduler, and is powered by a 9020mAh Blue Ocean battery.

iQOO Pad Ultra is equipped with an 8.8-inch 165Hz OLED competitive display, with a local peak brightness of up to 4500nits, a response time of less than 1ms, and a screen-to-body ratio of 93.3%.

iQOO Pad Ultra Weighs 298g and is approximately 5.74mm thick; it features a five-layer ice dome air cooling system with active cooling fans, measuring 30×30×3.5mm in size, and has a maximum airflow of 0.94CFM; equipped with dual X-axis linear motors, it supports 4D gaming vibration effects.
