(Nasdaq ticker: AAOI, hereinafter referred to as “AOI”) announced today that it has completed the previously disclosed $600 million “market value issuance” ( at-the-market ) equity financing plan (referred to as the “ATM plan”).
On August 21, 2026, AOI disclosed that the company had submitted supplementary documents to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for its prospectus, intending to issue and sell up to $600 million in common stock. A total of 5,694,845 shares were sold at an average price of $105.36 per share, and after deducting commissions and fees, the net amount raised was $587,999,985.89.
