RTX ( NYSE : RTX ) Raytheon (a business under RTX) has secured a five-year contract with two optional additional years, worth up to $24.4 billion, for the Standard Missile-6 (SM-6) interceptors. This ammunition can be used for both offensive strike missions and to fulfill the missile defense tasks of the United States Navy.
President Phil Jasper stated: "The multitasking capability of SM-6 is of vital importance to our customers, and Raytheon is going all out to meet their needs. We continue to invest in operations and facilities, eliminating capacity constraints and increasing production to ensure this critical capability that our sailors rely on is maintained."
The company stated that it has expanded its team of skilled workers, strengthened cooperation with various parties in the defense industry foundation, and supported higher output through automated production. The SM-6 is described as the only weapon that has been verified in actual combat and is capable of conducting air defense operations, anti-ship warfare, and ballistic missile defense.
Eli Lilly and Company ( NYSE : LLY ) The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved the expansion of the indications for Jaypirca (a product under Lilly), allowing it to be used as a first-line treatment option for adult patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma who have not been previously treated and do not have a known 17p deletion. This approval is based on the BRUIN CLL -313 trial.
In this trial, at a median follow-up of 28 months, compared to bendamustine combined with rituximab, pirtobrutinib significantly improved progression-free survival, with a hazard ratio of 0.20. The overall response rate in the pirtobrutinib group was 94%, while it was 81% in the control group.
"Based on BRUIN CLL -313, this additional approval for Jaypirca marks an important step forward and expands its potential to benefit more patients who may benefit," said Jacob Van Naarden, Executive Vice President and President of Oncology at Lilly.
International Business Machines Corporation ( NYSE : IBM ) Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro is investigating IBM. Previously, on July 14, 2026, the company's stock price fell by 25%, and after disclosing that the Z mainframe had insufficient performance, its market value evaporated by over $68 billion.
CEO Arvind Krishna stated, "The situation has developed worse than we anticipated, due to shortcomings in Z's performance and the related software stack, particularly in terms of transaction processing," and added, "Many large orders were not executed."
"Partially due to the sudden nature of the bad news, we are investigating whether and when the company became aware of the situation, which indicates that large orders may not be executed in a timely manner during the second quarter, as shown in IBM," said Reed Kathrein, a partner leading this investigation, who is also known as Hagens Berman.
Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation ( NASDAQ : IART ) Integra LifeSciences lowered its full-year guidance for 2026 following the flood events in its Cincinnati plant in July. Currently, it expects revenue for the third quarter to be around $410 million to $412 million, with adjusted earnings per share ranging from $0.55 to $0.59.
The annual revenue guidance has been lowered from $1.654 billion to $1.695 billion to $1.634 billion to $1.654 billion, and the adjusted earnings per share guidance has been lowered from $2.40 to $2.50 to $2.30 to $2.40. The company estimates that the floods have reduced revenue by approximately $7 million in the third quarter and expects that they will have an impact of $15 million to $20 million in the fourth quarter.
"Our third-quarter performance was affected by the flood event at our Cincinnati plant in July," said Chairman and CEO Stuart Essig. "Although we have lowered our full-year revenue and adjusted earnings per share forecasts for 2026, we still expect strong cash generation, including an operating cash flow of over $85 million in the third quarter."
Trilogy Metals Inc. ( NYSE American : TMQ ) As of August 31, 2026, Trilogy Metals disclosed a cash balance of $31.2 million, and its adjusted working capital was $30.3 million; the company also completed a strategic equity investment of $35.6 million from the U.S. Department of War on September 11, 2026.

"The third quarter, and the weeks that follow, are of transformative significance for Trilogy Metals," stated President and CEO Tony Giardini. "With a clear timeline for authorization, investment from the U.S. government, and a clear path towards the final decision-making process ( Record of Decision ), Arctic is in a favorable position to become a cornerstone of the secure, domestic copper supply chain."
