Preliminary net sales for the third quarter of 2026

- The growth in the third quarter of 2026 was achieved on the basis of a year-on-year increase of 163% in the third quarter of 2025.
- This is the company's thirteenth consecutive quarter of year-over-year revenue growth.
- The preliminary net sales for the first nine months up to September 30, 2026, were approximately $2.8 million, representing a growth of about 66% compared to the first nine months up to September 30, 2025.
- In the first nine months, net sales have already exceeded the company's annual net sales of $2.66 million as of December 31, 2025. Historically, the fourth quarter is usually the strongest quarter of the year for the company.
- Growth in the third quarter reflects an increase of approximately 25% in direct sales to consumers and online platform sales, as well as the first shipments under the company's new wholesale projects beginning to contribute to revenue. Management Commentary
Innovative Eyewear CEO Harrison Gross stated: "Our preliminary results for the third quarter reflect the continuous progress our company has made in implementing our growth strategy. We achieved the highest quarterly net sales in the company's history, and at the same time, we intentionally adopted promotional pricing for older products while controlling advertising and marketing expenditures. This approach has paved the way for the planned launch of Lucyd Aero ™ in the fourth quarter. Lucyd Aero ™ will be our lightest and most advanced smart glasses to date, and the fourth quarter has always been our strongest quarter of the year. Meanwhile, this quarter we have expanded into three new wholesale and international channels: a major retailer in the United States, FYihealth Group in Canada, as well as Directed Electronics in Australia and New Zealand. We expect these new channels to further drive growth in the fourth quarter of 2026 and throughout 2027."
