Hackett will report to Censys, Co-Founder and CEO Zakir Durumeric, and will lead the company's global finance organization.

Hackett has over 20 years of financial experience in the technology, cybersecurity, and SaaS industries. He joined Censys from Armis and most recently held the position of Senior Vice President of Strategic Finance at Armis. During his tenure, he helped the company achieve rapid growth over four years, expanding its annual recurring revenue to over $340 million, before it was acquired by ServiceNow for $7.75 billion.

Prior to this, he worked at ServiceNow for over six years, holding progressively senior financial positions during which time the company continued to expand its global operations. Even earlier on, Hackett held various financial roles at NXP Semiconductors and Symantec. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from California State University, San Luis Obispo.
