The selling price range this time is from $331.44 to $333.94 per share (which is approximately 2,225 to 2,241 yuan at the current exchange rate), close to its 52-week high of $345.34 (which is approximately 2,318 yuan at the current exchange rate).

This sale of shares originates from 374,541 restricted stock units (RSU) that were due for delivery on October 1st. These RSU units were converted into an equivalent amount of common stock. Subsequently, Apple retained 199,038 shares, valued at approximately $65,746,232 at a price of $330.32 per share, to cover the tax withholding requirements arising from the attribution of RSU.
