New York, October 9th / PRNewswire / -- SuperCom (Nasdaq ticker: SPCB) announced today that the company has won two new county-level electronic monitoring contracts in Texas, with clients being local adult and juvenile probation agencies.
The company stated that these two winning bids represent its fourth and fifth contracts since entering Texas in December 2025, and they completely replace the existing electronic monitoring service providers in that county.
According to the contract, SuperCom will deploy its proprietary PureOne GPS solution to support the youth and adult supervision programs in that county. The company stated that these contracts adopt a recurring revenue model based on the number of active devices per day, which further expands its base of recurring revenue customers. SuperCom mentioned that the company won the bid after several weeks of on-site device evaluations, and PureOne technology was compared with competing solutions during testing.
SuperCom, President and CEO, Ordan Trabelsi stated: "Both organizations, facing different groups of people and needs, weighed the decision to replace their current suppliers and ultimately came to the same conclusion. Replacing the current supplier is a well-thought-out step for any organization, as it requires confidence in the equipment, the support behind it, and the transition process itself. We have been selected to provide services for both adult and youth programs in the same county, which indicates that these factors have been recognized. Our focus now is to ensure a smooth transition for both projects."
Trabelsi added, "Texas demonstrates the way we build our business in the United States. We entered the state in December 2025 with a juvenile probation facility as our starting point, and to date, all five of our contracts in Texas involve replacing existing suppliers. Across the United States, since mid-2024, we have secured more than 50 new electronic monitoring contracts with these new wins; in Europe, we have accumulated over 20 national-level project wins, often by competing against long-established suppliers. Such a track record is built client by client, and it is also the most powerful proof we can offer to every new organization we approach."
PureOne of SuperCom is an integrated GPS tracking bracelet designed to achieve continuous location monitoring both indoors and outdoors. This solution combines high-precision GPS, base station and Wi-Fi positioning, secure LTE communication, configurable areas and schedules, various anti-disassembly mechanisms, as well as longer battery life. The company claims that its lightweight, ergonomic design and integrated monitoring capabilities provide a reliable and efficient platform for correctional and public safety agencies to manage community supervision projects.
