- Strive purchased 3,311 bitcoins in the past week, increasing the company's treasury to 32,773 BTC.
- Chief Executive Officer Matt Cole stated that by the deadline of October 13th, the exercise amount of the warrants was approximately 208 million US dollars.
- Approximately 15.3 million warrants remain unexercised, with the expiration time being 5 p.m. Eastern Time.

- The Bitcoin holdings of this NASDAQ-listed company have increased through market purchases and acquisitions of Semler Scientific.
Strive CEO Matt Cole announced this acquisition on October 13th and simultaneously updated the company's financing activities and preferred stock terms. The latest purchase increased his Bitcoin holdings from 29,462 BTC to 32,773, and on Tuesday, just before the deadline, there was an exercise of warrants worth $208 million.
Cole indicates that as of 5 p.m. Eastern Time on October 13th, the expiration date of the plan, there were still approximately 15.3 million warrants that had not been exercised. He confirmed that Strive has officially incorporated the minimum issue price of $100 for SATA preferred stock into the company's governance documents.
Strive Bitcoin holdings increased to 32,773 coins BTC
The latest purchase of 3,311 BTC is one of the larger single-week purchases for Strive since it began to expand its Bitcoin treasury in 2025.
Calculated based on the previously disclosed 29,462 BTC, this acquisition has increased their Bitcoin balance by approximately 11.2%. Strive did not disclose the total purchase cost or average purchase price in their statement on October 13th, therefore the exact expenditure for this latest transaction has not yet been confirmed.
This increase in holdings continues a series of purchases by the company in line with its bitcoin treasury strategy. Previous disclosures showed that Strive held 25,000 BTC in September, at which time the company purchased 469 bitcoins for approximately $36.6 million.
Thereafter, the company continued to increase its holdings through further market purchases and with the assistance of a capital raising plan. The previous purchase that increased its holdings to 25,000 BTC bitcoins had an average cost of approximately $77,954 per coin.
As of September 28th, another company disclosure document showed that the Bitcoin holdings of Strive amounted to 27,462 BTC. After entering early October, these holdings continued to grow, reaching 29,462 BTC before the most recent purchase was disclosed.
According to previous public documents from Strive, the company uses funds raised through common stocks and preferred stocks to finance the accumulation of Bitcoin. Its treasury strategy aims to increase the amount of Bitcoin corresponding to each common stock, although the issuance of new shares will also increase the number of outstanding shares.
The latest acquisition occurred after Strive completed its merger with Semler Scientific in January 2026, at which time the company incorporated an existing Bitcoin treasury into its holdings.
This transaction involved the transfer of approximately 5,048 BTC from Semler Scientific, which increased Strive's holdings to nearly 12,798 BTC at that time. Subsequent purchases have further raised their disclosed reserves to over 32,000 BTC.
Strive Discloses the Exercise of 208 Million USD in Warrants
While disclosing its Bitcoin purchases, Cole also stated that investors have exercised warrants worth approximately $208 million.
At the time of this announcement, there were only a few hours left until the expiration of the remaining stock option plan. According to the CEO, approximately 15.3 million stock options were still in circulation, and holders needed to exercise them before 5 p.m. Eastern Time on October 13th.
Documents previously submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission by Strive indicated that the exercise price of these warrants was $27 per share, which has been adjusted in accordance with the company's previous reverse stock split. This security grants the holder the right to purchase the company's common stock at a specified price before expiration.
A document dated October 5th shows that as of October 2nd, the number of shares corresponding to traditional warrants was approximately 23.25 million. As investors exercised some of their holdings, this unexercised balance has since decreased.
The exercise of warrants can provide funds for Strive in exchange for the issuance of more common shares. However, the actual amount that can be used to purchase Bitcoin ultimately depends on the exercise method, settlement terms, and the company's allocation of the raised funds.
Strive did not confirm in the statement provided for October 13th how much of these $208 million was used to fund the latest Bitcoin purchases.
The upcoming deadline will determine how many of the remaining warrants will be exercised, and how many will expire unused. After expiration, the company can disclose the final balance of warrants and the resulting changes in the number of outstanding common shares.
SATA Preferred shares have been granted a binding issuance limit of $100.
Strive has officially set the minimum issue price of SATA — its variable-rate Series A preferred stock — at $100.
Cole indicates that this restriction is now binding according to the company's governance documents. This move has established a formal upper and lower limit on the issue price for the newly added SATA shares.
Previously, Strive only mentioned the minimum price of $100 as part of its preferred stock issuance policy.
In March of this year, the company stated that it would not issue shares of SATA at a price lower than $100 through additional offerings within the market or subsequent issuance plans. An update in October indicated that the aforementioned restrictions had been incorporated into the governance terms.
SATA is one of the financing tools used by Strive for the operation of its Bitcoin treasury. Preferred stocks provide investors with cash dividend distributions, while the proceeds from new issuances can support the company's capital allocation activities.
In September, the board of directors of Strive maintained the annual dividend yield of SATA at 13%, which applies to the period starting from October 1st.
The company's Form 8-K filed on September 14 confirmed this interest rate and established a daily dividend schedule covering October 2026. The document stipulates that a dividend of $0.0516 per share will be paid on each working day of October.
Strive previously raised funds through SATA preferred stocks, and used this tool in parallel with the common stock financing arrangements. This preferred stock project is independent of the company's traditional warrants, which have their own exercise prices and expiration dates.
After the Semler transaction, Strive continues to expand its Bitcoin treasury.
This NASDAQ-listed company has been continuously expanding its Bitcoin position through direct purchases and corporate acquisitions.
In January, the company acquired Semler Scientific. The transaction was approved by the shareholders and was a full-stock deal. As a result of this transaction, the bitcoin reserves of Semler were incorporated into Strive, and it also expanded the merged company's exposure to this cryptocurrency.
Subsequently, Strive utilized preferred stock financing to address the inherited debt obligations. In January, the company stated that it had repaid approximately $110 million in debt related to Semler through the financing arrangements of SATA.
The acquisition and debt reduction by Semler Scientific constituted part of the early treasury expansion of Strive; by the end of January, its holdings had risen to over 13,000 BTC.
In June, Strive disclosed plans to expand its capital fundraising by $4.2 billion, which will consist of ASST common shares and SATA preferred shares. These projects are aimed at providing more financing capacity for future purchases of Bitcoin.
In the company's second-quarter regulatory documents, ASST is listed as its common stock on NASDAQ, while SATA is listed as its preferred stock. The documents state that Strive is a structured finance company centered around a Bitcoin treasury strategy.
The document dated September 14 maintains an annual dividend yield of SATA at 13%, and sets daily cash distributions from October 1 to October 30, excluding non-working days. The announced schedule provides payment arrangements up to the last working day of the month, subject to the declared dividend terms.
