FF EAI Robotics Ecosystem Inc. ( NASDAQ : FFR ) indicates that the company highlighted a weekly business update from Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. ( NASDAQ : FFAI ) founder and global CEO YT Jia. Throughout the text, references to "we," "our," and "FF" refer to FFAI and its robotics business, unless otherwise specified as FFR.
On October 26th, FFR will hold a listing ceremony and its first Investor Day at the NASDAQ Building in New York. Management will introduce more details regarding the strategy and business plans of FFR. Additional specifics will be announced later on. The company stated that official invitation letters will be sent out the following day.
YT Jia said in the update: "Welcome to the 77th weekly report. This week, let's start with an important announcement from FFR. On October 26th, we will hold the listing ceremony and first investor day for FFR at the NASDAQ Building in New York. Our management team will share more information about our strategy and business plans. We will also have the opportunity to communicate face-to-face with investors. To our shareholders and partners, we hope you can attend and help FFR embark on a new chapter. The official invitation letters for the event will be sent out tomorrow! Now, let me share some of our work this week."
He stated that this week, FFR and FFAI jointly launched three new products/services:
- Two new EAI devices. The first one is the FF Nova – the first entry-level EAI humanoid robot in the United States with a price of less than $2,500. The company states that the Nova device is priced at $2,490, and the developer skills package costs $390. The second device is the Nova Mini, which is a humanoid robot designed for basic Physical AI education, priced at $299, with accompanying courses costing $499. With these new products, the “single brain, multiple forms, multiple capabilities” FF EAI Robot World 2.0 that the company is building currently includes over 20 EAI devices, covering 11 models, 7 series, and 3 types of robot forms.
- New FF EAI educational skills product – “Physical AI Spark Program Curriculum”.
- Nova Enhanced Learning Developer Program. The company has also opened registration for the developer community.
The company stated that its EAI brain and the core of its developer platform also made two breakthroughs this week.
In terms of the EAI "brain," the brand-new Futurist now fully supports SONIC, which opens up more development and application possibilities for this more advanced robotics platform. The company states that this reflects their approach of combining internal development with open collaboration, and it is beginning to bring more value.
In terms of the developer platform, the company has fully open-sourced the data, models, and deployment solutions based on FF Master through GitHub and Hugging Face. The company states that this means developers now have a complete pathway to go from open-source research and algorithm testing all the way to robot deployment and solution construction; this pathway is also open to universities, research institutions, and industry partners around the world.
In the past few days, the company has received questions from some shareholders regarding the acquisition of FFAI's robotics business by FFR and its subsequent independent listing. YT Jia stated that they wish to clarify a few points and explain what this implies. He mentioned that handing over the robotics business for independent operation, financing, and listing is not merely an internal asset transfer within FFAI; rather, it represents a fundamental reshaping of FFR and the release of its value. He views this as a significant breakthrough in realizing the business's value and a starting point for the capital market to unlock that value more rapidly, and he elaborated on this from four aspects.
Firstly, there is a clearer strategic focus. The company will concentrate its resources on advancing the “four-core full-stack AI” robotics strategy. The company states that every dollar invested, every decision made, and each round of financing will serve this goal. This focus will help the company optimize its business, deepen its professional capabilities, expand its scale, and enhance its competitiveness.
Secondly, there is a clearer basis for valuation. As a company that focuses solely on robotics business and has its own independent listing status, FFR can directly compare its valuation with that of its industry peers. Its valuation will no longer be affected by other factors related to FFAI. The company states that, combined with continuous delivery and a positive profit margin, this will provide significant room for FFR to realize its value.
Thirdly, there will be more transparent business results and cleaner financial statements. Investors will be able to see how each round of financing is translated into business performance. The company states that this transparency helps to attract strategic investors and long-term capital. After the transaction is completed, FFR will have almost no debt, and its balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement will also be clearer, making the company's value more easily visible.
Fourthly, there is a lower demand for financing and lower financing costs. FFR boasts seven unique advantages, including a "four-core full-stack AI" EAI technology and a light-asset operation model. Based on these advantages, the company aims to achieve positive operating cash flow no later than the third quarter of 2028. Prior to that, the company estimates that the total financing required will not exceed 150 million US dollars.
For FFAI, after the transaction is completed, the company will still remain the controlling shareholder and majority owner of FFR and will continue to share in its future potential value growth. As an investment company that follows the Berkshire Hathaway model like Physical AI, FFAI will soon share more business updates. The company stated that it hopes to repay the shareholders for their ongoing support.
YT Jia also mentioned during the update that over the years, the company has received encouragement as well as faced ridicule and harsh criticism, but they have rarely felt the need to justify themselves. He stated that his passion for building a business still exists, and this passion comes from working alongside like-minded individuals to jointly drive industry change. Failure in itself does not stop a company; what truly stops it is the loss of the belief to try again. "Try one more time," he said, adding that this is both a reminder to himself and a message to every entrepreneur who persists in moving forward.
He said, "Thank you for joining this journey. See you next week."
Regarding FF EAI Robotics Ecosystem Inc, the company stated that FF EAI Robotics Ecosystem Inc (formerly known as AIxCrypto Holdings, Inc, and AIXC; renamed from September 30, 2026) is a humanoid AI (EAI) robotics company headquartered in the United States. It is acquiring the FF EAI Robotics business. Once the transaction is completed, the company will focus on the research and development, manufacturing, commercialization, and deployment of intelligent robotics technologies, products, and industry solutions.
