Side joined HouseCanary's Google property listing plan

Properties for sale within the network of the ninth largest real estate brokerage network in the United States can now be directly displayed in the Google mobile search.

San Francisco, October 20, 2026 / PRNewswire / -- HouseCanary, which provides real estate intelligence and valuation platforms for financial institutions and real estate professionals, announced today that Side has joined Google Listings Program. Under the agreement, listings from over 600 partners across 19 states within the Side brokerage network will now be displayed in the mobile search feature of Google in the markets where it is already available.

When consumers use the Google mobile app to search for properties in markets where it is available, property listings from the Side brokerage network will appear at the top of the search results in a carousel display. Each property listing will show basic property details and information about the brokerage company that listed the property. Consumers can also click to enter the details page, where they can view more property information, the name of the listing broker, and a one-click contact button.

HouseCanary CEO Chris Rediger stated: "I am very pleased to see brokerage companies like Side taking active actions to strive for nationwide exposure for their partners' properties. We are also looking forward to helping more brokers adopt similar measures to make property acquisition more widespread. This is one of the important motivations behind our creation of this project."

Side, co-founder and CEO, Guy Gal, stated: "At Side, we are always looking for ways to expand the tools and opportunities available to our partners. We want them to have as many choices as possible so that they can run their businesses in the way they wish."

Google Listings Program was launched at the beginning of 2026 and will be expanded to all eligible US markets this fall. The project is supported by HouseCanary, which has signed agreements with local MLSs to deliver the property information of their brokerage members to Google.

HouseCanary also directly connects with brokerage companies such as Side through participating in the project's MLS, incorporating their properties into this program. The properties within the coverage of Side's brokerage services are provided by My State MLS, which serves brokerage members nationwide. According to the agreement, brokers under Side's brokerage partner companies will also receive free access to HouseCanary's agency-style AI platform, which features CMA, advertising management, and intelligent property management functions.

In addition to My State MLS, the participants in Google Listings Program who are MLS also include ARMLS, Bright MLS, California Regional MLS, IRES MLS, Permian Basin Board, of, Realtors, REcolorado, and San Diego MLS.

Real estate agencies that wish to have their properties listed in this project can join the existing MLS, or encourage their local MLS to participate as well.
