On Wednesday, the Attorney General of New Mexico filed a lawsuit accusing Jeffrey Epstein's long-term personal lawyer and accountant of assisting in his sex trafficking activities.

The lawsuit alleges that lawyers Darren Ingraham ( Darren Indyke ) and accountant Richard Kahn ( Richard Kahn ) helped to finance and cover up Epstein's sex trafficking activities, which included the abuse of teenage girls and young women at the Zoro Ranch in Santa Fe County, New Mexico ( Zorro Ranch ).

"Jeffrey Epstein did not act alone, and his death does not mean that the pursuit of responsibility for those who enabled his crimes comes to an end," said Attorney General Loretta Torres ( Raul Torrez ) in a statement.

Torres said, "The allegations in this lawsuit describe a network composed of people and financial arrangements that helped to sustain and cover up abuse against vulnerable girls and young women, including incidents that occurred in New Mexico. Those who are accused of assisting in this exploitation should not profit from it while the survivors are still bearing its consequences."

Torres stated at a press conference on Wednesday that his office is still continuing to conduct a criminal investigation into Epstein's sex trafficking activities. No criminal charges related to this investigation have been filed yet.

This is breaking news, and there may be updates later.
