San Francisco, October 28, 2026 / PRNewswire / -- Today, we announce a strategic partnership with Levels.fyi. Pave is a Agentic Compensation Management platform; Levels.fyi is a compensation data platform that displays salary levels corresponding to different companies, positions, locations, and skills.

This collaboration is built on the foundation of partnerships with Pave, The Croner Company, Korn Ferry, WTW, and other organizations. It also reflects a goal that Pave has been consistently pursuing: to make it easier for clients to integrate the key data behind their compensation decisions into a single platform. Pave indicates that they will continue to expand the network of data partners on this platform, so that compensation teams no longer need to manually piece together various data sources or choose between data they only trust.

Through this strategic cooperation, Pave customers can now access Levels.fyi data within the Market Pricing tools of Pave Agent and Pave. This data allows for the comparison of salary levels for a particular position across different sources, with real-time Market Data as a benchmark, enabling the setting of competitive salary ranges for those positions. Customers can also analyze Levels.fyi data alongside their own salary information and other selected data sources. Pave Agent can provide Levels.fyi data as a reference, offering insights into salaries. This enables teams to ask questions in natural language and find answers by comparing them with real-time information from over 9,000 companies within Levels.fyi, other data sources, and the Pave database.

Levels.fyi provides a different perspective for the market. Its data is directly contributed by those who actually receive the compensation and is supported by documents such as employment letters, W-2 forms, and payrolls. When combined with surveys and real-time perspectives, it can help the compensation team understand the actual remuneration received by talents.

After integrating the Levels.fyi data into Pave, the mutual customers of both parties can:

  • Compare the salary levels of a certain position in Levels.fyi, WTW, Korn Ferry, Croner, and Pave as well as in the real-time Market Data within Pave Agent; all of this can be completed on a single platform.
  • Compare the self-reported Levels.fyi data with survey and real-time benchmarks to understand where market opinions coincide and where they differ.
  • Combine the data of Levels.fyi with one's own salary data for analysis to see where the company's salary levels fall.
  • Allow each analyst in the compensation team, not just those who manage survey permissions, to directly access the Levels.fyi data as part of their daily work process.

Pave CEO Matt Schulman stated: "The quality of compensation decisions depends on the data behind them, and no single source can tell the whole story. Our goal is to make Pave the central source of data for the compensation team to make decisions based on real-time intelligence from over 9,000 companies, bringing together every type of data source that customers trust. Croner, Korn Ferry, WTW, and now also Levels.fyi are all steps in this effort, and we will continue to add more. Customers should not be forced to choose between data sources they trust; they should have all this data in one place."

Levels.fyi, co-founder with Zuhayeer Musa, stated: "An effective benchmarking of compensation begins with a simple question: 'How do we compare to the companies that truly compete for talent?' Our data provides customers with a current, company-level market perspective, supported by real documentation such as offer letters and payrolls. Bringing this perspective into Pave means that teams can establish a benchmark group that is truly important to them, focus on a single competitor, and combine the rich insights from Levels.fyi with the rest of our tool stack. Pave has set the standard for connected compensation, and we are delighted to continue to help our common clients make compensation decisions more quickly and with greater confidence."

Levels.fyi data is now available to common customers through the Market Pricing tool of Pave Agent and Pave. Existing customers can contact their respective customer teams to learn about access rights and availability details.
