Toronto, October 28th / PRNewswire / -- Building Risk Intelligence Corporation Brickeye announced today that, with a 425% revenue growth from 2022 to 2025, it has been selected for Deloitte's 2026 50™ list, marking its second consecutive year as one of Canada's fastest-growing technology companies.

Water damage and concrete defects are among the most costly issues on construction sites, leading to rework, project delays, cost overruns, and insurance losses. As profit margins narrow and insurance costs rise, ownersdevelopers, general contractors, and insurance companies are increasingly planning for these risks during the early stages of construction, as that is when they are easiest to identify and budget for. The growth of Brickeye reflects this trend: the company reduces water-related risks and concrete-related risks throughout the entire process from early construction to project completion through its solutions.

Brickeye has delivered over 4,500 projects in more than 20 countries. In high-rise and multi-residential housing projects in North America, its full-risk water damage mitigation system can detect leaks, pipe bursts, and water seepage early on and automatically take control, thereby reducing the risk of costly water damage claims and protecting project profitability. In large-scale civil engineering projects around the world, as well as major transportation and energy infrastructure projects, its Lum token issuance n® technology can monitor large volumes of concrete, helping teams identify and mitigate risks before thermal cracks develop into defects. This includes large infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East and North Africa regions, where Brickeye has established manufacturing centers and been operating for over five years.

Brickeye CEO Tim Angus stated: "For a long time, the construction industry has viewed water damage and concrete defects as part of operating costs. We have proven that these issues can be prevented. Our AI native software and proprietary hardware are capable of reducing risks, protecting profit margins, and improving quality, and insurance companies offer up to 50% deductible reductions due to these results. When customers see such returns, they bring us to their next projects, which is precisely what drives our growth and allows us to enter the Fast top 50 list in our second year."

Brickeye indicates that in 2027, the company will continue to invest in its AI native platform as well as its team of engineers and risk experts, and will continue to expand in the North American and international markets.

Deloitte's national Technology Fast co-head of 50 projects, Amanda Perran, stated: "This year's winners have demonstrated the results that can be achieved when vision, talent, and innovation are combined. They are tackling complex challenges, unlocking new opportunities, and driving growth in Canada's tech ecosystem. Their success inspires the next generation of entrepreneurs and helps to build a more connected, competitive, and innovative future for Canada."
