According to CoinMeta, the United States has filed charges against the founder of Kishu Inu, Alexander Sisemo ( Alexander Sisemore ), accusing him of being involved in a fraud case worth $9 million. Meanwhile, a Singaporean court has frozen the assets of the founder of Tokenize Xchange, Hong Qiyu ( Hong Qi Yu ), amounting to nearly 53 million Singapore dollars. Sisemo faces three charges of telecommunications fraud, and if convicted, he could face up to 20 years in prison for each charge. The prosecution accuses him of not fully disclosing the supply ownership to approximately 283,000 token holders. In addition, Hong Qiyu's assets were frozen in a lawsuit involving 249 former Tokenize customers, which alleges fraudulent misrepresentations and conspiracy. The biggest setback for the victims is that the amounts they lost in these two cases far exceed the amount that authorities are able to recover.
