According to CoinMeta, as reported by Coindesk, the digital asset securitization platform Securitize will introduce 12 U.S. stocks, including those of Apple, NVIDIA, Tesla, and Microsoft, into Solana. The related tokens are pegged one-to-one with the underlying stocks and aim to preserve shareholders' rights. The transactions will initially launch on Securitize's Propamm platform, with Jump Trading providing liquidity and RQD supporting clearing, custody, and settlement. The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and OKXICE will subsequently introduce these trading programs. The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is exploring exemptions for tokenized securities innovations, and the ICE-OKX joint venture is also seeking to launch tokenized stock trading under U.S. regulatory frameworks.
