In a social media post on October 8, Trump stated that discussions between Washington and Tehran were progressing smoothly and reiterated that Iran must not obtain nuclear weapons. According to TradingView data, Bitcoin once again broke through $81,000 after Trump's announcement. A market report from Primexbt also recorded this recovery and noted that oil prices fell following Trump's statement.
