According to CoinMeta, after withdrawing its listing application from Australia, Firmus Grid is exploring raising $2 billion to $3 billion through private financing. Sources familiar with the matter say that the company and its advisors are in discussions with existing investors, and the financing structure has not yet been determined; it may include both equity and debt, with the final amount also potentially being adjusted. Firmus withdrew its listing application from the Australian Securities Exchange on Friday, stating that it will consider other financing methods. The company previously planned to raise about $5 billion through IPO, which corresponded to a valuation of approximately $30 billion. Firmus needs to continue fundraising to advance its planned data center projects.
