Users can purchase shares of Evernorth through the Uphold application. This listing comes shortly after Evernorth went public on NASDAQ on October 12th under the stock code XRPN. Evernorth entered the public market after completing a business merger with Armada Acquisition Corp. Following the merger, it holds approximately 473 million XRP and about $300 million in cash proceeds. The company is led by former Ripple executive Asheesh Birla, with investors including Ripple, SBI Group, Kraken, and Pantera Capital. Evernorth plans to collaborate with Ripple, Kraken, Coinbase, and BitGo to implement institutional strategies using their XRP treasury.
