According to CoinMeta, Musk stated during the third-quarter financial report conference call on SpaceX that the company plans to allocate half of its AI computing power for internal use and half for rental to external parties, with a preference for signing short-term lease contracts at market prices. SpaceX plans to launch a training cluster consisting of 440,000 NVIDIA Vera Rubin computing devices by the end of the second quarter of 2027 in order to enhance Grok competitiveness.
