According to CoinMeta, former EU Commissioner Phil Hogan ( Phil Hogan ) stated that he will seek to contact U.S. President Donald Trump in order to restore the security corridor for grain exports from the Black Sea. This is part of his vision to place food security at the core of geopolitics. Recently, Russia has intensified attacks on cargo ships at Black Sea ports, hindering Ukraine's exports. Under the "Black Sea Grain Initiative," this transportation route facilitated the export of 32 million tons of grain and food between 2022 and 2023.
