According to CoinMeta, the "Implementation Plan for Financial Support in Building Beijing (Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei) as an International Science and Technology Innovation Center" has been officially released. The plan consists of six aspects and fifteen items, aiming to create a high ground for coordinated development of science and technology finance in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and to provide support for high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and self-improvement. The implementation plan proposes to broaden sources of medium and long-term funds, encourages financial asset investment companies to cooperate with relevant departments and state-owned enterprises in the three regions, and supports investments in key industrial areas. It also guides insurance companies to increase their investments in the field of scientific and technological innovation, improves the due diligence exemption and error-tolerance mechanisms of government investment funds and state-owned venture capital institutions, and promotes early-stage, small-scale, long-term investments in hard technology. By 2030, a science and technology financial service system that matches Beijing's role as a source of original innovation is expected to be established, enhancing the financing convenience for technology-based enterprises and improving the accessibility of financing for small and medium-sized enterprises along the industrial chain.
