According to researchers on the blockchain, accounts involved in the leakage incident of “GTA VI” have transferred approximately $350,000 from related operations. The funds mainly come from providing liquidity for the CYBERLEEK tokens and charging transaction fees.
Tokenization and leakage are advancing in tandem.
This account published unreleased footage of ' GTA VI ' under the name of ' Cyberleek '. Subsequently, the related content was linked to the ' CYBERLEEK ' token on the ' Solana ' chain, and the leakage of the video attracted attention, further increasing transaction volumes and thus handling fee revenues.
On-chain fund flow exposed
On-chain records show that this income did not mainly come from selling tokens, but rather from fees generated by liquidity positions. Researchers stated that the relevant funds were also dispersed and transferred into multiple over-the-counter trading channels.
Rockstar has initiated legal proceedings.
On August 26, Rockstar publicly acknowledged the data breach incident, describing it as "heartbreaking." Subsequently, the company submitted a DMCA subpoena to Microsoft and Discord in an attempt to obtain relevant identity information.
