IT News on September 27th: iQOO has announced today that the main camera of its new model features a 50-megapixel sensor with ultra-high sensitivity and a 1/1.3-inch large sensor size, which represents a 79% increase in light intake compared to the iQOO model's 15-megapixel camera.
In addition to the main camera being upgraded to a 50-megapixel sensor with 1/1.3-inch large format and ultra-high sensitivity, the new device is also equipped with a 50-megapixel Sony super periscope telephoto lens and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and supports CIPA 5.5-level professional image stabilization.
According to the official information, iQOO makes its global debut with a 2K 165Hz Samsung Everest screen, equipped with Samsung's M16 luminous material. It supports a manual peak brightness of 1100nits, a global peak brightness of 2800nits, and a local peak brightness of 10000nits. This screen also supports a 1.24 times P3 color gamut coverage and offers screen-by-screen color calibration. The brightness uniformity of this iQOO screen has been improved by 22%, and the color uniformity by 40%. It is also equipped with a proprietary color and brightness compensation algorithm, supports calibrating each subpixel individually, and achieves an ultra-high chromaticity accuracy of ±0.001.
iQOO The first batch will be equipped with Qualcomm's sixth-generation Snapdragon 8 Super Elite processor, and the new product will be released on September 29th. IT Home noticed that the official color photos of the new phone have been released, featuring a sci-fi vibe:
