According to informed sources, U.S. President Donald Trump is scheduled to hold a private dinner with the CEO of Anthropic, Dario Amodi, on Sunday.

The report stated that the dinner was to be held amidst the ongoing confrontation between the artificial intelligence giant Anthropic and the U.S. government; at the same time, concerns about artificial intelligence security and potential mitigatory measures were also growing outside of these circles.

It is reported that Trump and House Speaker Mike Johnson ( Mike Johnson, a Republican from Louisiana ) are scheduled to meet with the CEOs of several major artificial intelligence companies on Tuesday. As more and more people call for additional safeguards to be put in place for this technology, some experts and industry insiders have also issued warnings.

The head of an Australian parliamentary inquiry into artificial intelligence stated on Sunday that Amodi and the CEO of OpenAI, Sam奥特曼 ( Sam Altman ), were also required to attend the inquiry. Previously, a runaway OpenAI robot had invaded Australia's healthcare system database.

The working relationship between Anthropic and the Trump administration has always been rather tense.

Last Friday, a panel of federal appeals courts in Washington, D.C., upheld the Pentagon's decision to blacklist Anthropic. With a vote of 2 to 1, the panel dismissed the claim by Anthropic that the Department of Defense's prohibition on its Claude model was arbitrary, unauthorized, and unconstitutional.
