Arasan Chip Systems announces that it will showcase its industry's first MIPI SWI3S ™ manager and peripheral device IP in Taipei on October 21, 2026.
This supplier, which provides semiconductor cores for mobile and automotive SoC, stated that its SWI3S ™ IP demonstration will include controllers and peripheral devices IP. Arasan mentioned that its complete SWI3S ™ solution also includes a SWI3S ™ physical layer ( PHY ) and will be available for multiple 22-nanometer and below wafer foundry nodes. The company said it is currently collaborating with early adopters of its SWI3S ™ controllers and PHY IP.
Arasan also indicates that, after the standard is officially released, existing and future authorized parties will be upgraded to MIPI SWI3S ™ v1.1 for free.
The company stated that Arasan offers the widest range of IP products that meet the MIPI ® standards, and SWI3S ™ IP will be added to its product lines of Soundwire ® and Slimbus ® IP for audio applications.
