The EU's 'Regulation on the Supervision of Crypto Asset Markets' ( MiCA ) has added 9 new crypto asset service providers ( CASP ), including BingX , bringing the total number of independent service providers to 375.
The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) updated its list on Friday, incorporating the Austrian entity MEGE of the crypto exchange BingX. The list also includes the Italian subsidiary of YouHodler. YouHodler is a crypto lending platform that offers income-producing products, and this subsidiary has been authorized to provide custody, crypto trading, order execution, and transfer services.
BingX and YouHodler both announced last week that they had obtained authorization. BingX EU, the CEO of Daniel Lai, stated that this approval will enable the company to operate within a clear regulatory framework, while also preparing to launch regulated services throughout the European Economic Area.
Other newly added institutions include Prakma Markets from Spain, which is associated with the crypto application Goin, the latter of which operates a savings and investment platform.
On the German side, the newly added institutions include Openbank Deutschland, a subsidiary of the Spanish banking group Santander (Banco Santander), as well as cooperative lending institutions VR - Bank Alb - Blau-Donau and VR Bank im sü dlichen Franken.

Denmark's Penning Financial Services is no longer listed in the directory, despite the company having appeared in the directory updates since July 3rd.
The list of digital currency tokens (EMT) remains unchanged, with 50 entries representing 25 independent entities; the list of asset reference tokens (ART) is still empty. The list of non-compliant crypto asset service providers (NCASP) has added 5 new entries, bringing the total to 178.
