JustAI announces the launch of its full-stack proxy marketing platform, which integrates CRM, orchestration, creativity, deployment infrastructure, and measurement into a single AI native system. The company states that this platform is built around two core concepts: "marketing should generate revenue" and "every customer should be treated as an individual," and it has already been implemented with clients such as Better Mortgage, Acorns, and Coursera.

JustAI indicates that its one-to-one AI agent can build, execute, and continuously test marketing campaigns around revenue targets.

San Francisco, October 19th / PRNewswire / — Today, JustAI launches its full-stack proxy marketing platform, integrating CRM, orchestration, creativity, delivery infrastructure, and measurement into a single AI native system. The platform is built around two simple principles: marketing should generate revenue, and every customer should be treated as an individual.

JustAI was founded by the former leaders of Twitter and Pinterest. It is currently expanding from large-scale personalization to the entire marketing technology stack, all driven by Marketing Harness. JustAI serves companies in industries such as education, financial services, insurance, and consumer technology, including Coursera, Pinterest, Airtable, and Lemonade.

For decades, marketing has struggled to prove its impact on revenue and customer retention. According to a survey conducted in 2026 by Harris Poll commissioned by Madison Logic, nearly half of marketing leaders (48%) admitted that they are still guessing which activities will drive sales; 90% said that marketers who cannot demonstrate the impact of their efforts will find it difficult to justify their budgets. Companies claim to run hundreds of marketing campaigns, but the results are often not clear enough, and these frameworks themselves are designed to accommodate the limitations of semi-finished tools.

JustAI, co-founder and CEO, Neha Mittal, said: "Over the past three years, after working with hundreds of marketers and various tools, we realized that many complexities in marketing, such as customer journeys, segments, and rules, are built around technical limitations. We must quickly re-learn all of this in the AI era. Now is the time for a new category to emerge."

JustAI addresses these issues from three aspects: verifying income, personalizing the journey for each customer, and reducing the workload required for operational marketing. Marketers set goals and boundaries, while the rest of the work is completed by the agents of JustAI.

Built around revenue

JustAI measures whether a marketing campaign has prompted customers to engage, consume, or convert by comparing customers who received the campaign with similar customers who did not. The team reports on incremental revenue, rather than open rates and click-through rates.

At Better Mortgage, JustAI, two key revenue-generating email campaigns were re-established and tested against the original versions. The proportion of pre-approved homebuyers who subsequently proceeded with a full loan application increased by 30%, from 9.25% to 12.08%. Lilian Gordon, a senior lifecycle manager at Better, stated: "The right information, the right people, at the right time has always been the goal. JustAI has finally enabled us to achieve this: AI By testing various combinations, we no longer rely on guesswork."

Provide 1:1 marketing for each customer.

The agents of JustAI will build travel itineraries and make real-time adjustments based on each customer's behavior, language, and market conditions, while also testing which version is most effective for individuals.

At Acorns, JustAI made over 1,000 AI driving decisions among 65 million messages, with the direct goals of optimization being upgrades and customer retention, and compressed three years of testing into just one month. Acorns Vice President, MarTech Head Simon Shulman stated: "No one can write rules in advance for every possible customer situation. The agents of JustAI do not need these rules."

Large-scale operational efficiency

The lifecycle team is required to deliver more results with the same budget: According to the 2026 CMO expenditure survey from Gartner, marketing budgets have always been less than 8% of the company's revenue, and 56% of CMO indicated that they did not have sufficient budget to implement the 2026 strategy. JustAI will pair each experience's AI agents with models responsible for quality checks, taking away the heavy workload and verification from marketers, and any content must be approved by marketers before going live. Coursera launched three new journeys in less than two weeks without any engineering support and increased the subscription rate among high-risk learners by 27%.

Bitcoin tests a key support level; oil prices and AI continue to weigh on the market
Bitcoin hovered around $82,000 on Monday, touching $83,040 at one point before giving back some of its gains. Due to oil prices approaching $108, high inflation, the yield on 10-year U.S. Treasury bonds rising above 5%, and about $910 million in spot Bitcoin ETF flowing out in two weeks, concerns about interest rate hikes remain in the market. Technical indicators suggest that short-term traders should still remain cautious.
