She is also in charge of wholesale banking services. Her key responsibilities include enhancing platform reliability and resilience, modernizing core systems, strengthening fraud prevention, and accelerating the adoption of digital, cloud, and artificial intelligence technologies.
In addition to First Horizon, LoCascio is also actively involved in the business and non-profit communities of Memphis, holding leadership positions in the Greater Memphis Chamber of Commerce, Greater Memphis Boys & Girls Clubs, as well as Memphis River Parks Partnership.
