Zagreb, Croatia, November 4, 2026 / PRNewswire / -- At the 2026 Green Energy Exhibition held at the Zagreb Arena on October 28-29, AlphaESS showcased energy storage solutions for households, commercial and industrial (C&I) applications, as well as large power stations. This participation highlighted the company's growing influence in the Adriatic region.

Development of Energy Storage Business in the Adriatic Region

With changes in energy policies, increasing utilization of solar energy, and the growing demand for greater flexibility in power grids, the Adriatic region is becoming a promising market for energy storage.

According to AlphaESS, the company has installed over 300 sets of TB125 systems (125 kW / 261 kWh) in Croatia, Slovenia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina, with a total energy storage capacity of more than 80MWh. In Croatia alone, the company delivered over 100 TB125 units in 2026, which are mainly used for power grid frequency regulation projects. The company stated that this indicates that the role of battery energy storage in supporting grid stability and creating new revenue opportunities is on the rise.

These achievements demonstrate the solid position of AlphaESS in the region, as well as the company's growing capability to provide customized energy storage solutions for the local market.

Comprehensive energy storage solutions covering a variety of application scenarios

At the exhibition, AlphaESS showcased a variety of energy solutions that can meet the needs of both household users and large-scale power grid infrastructure.

In the field of home energy storage, AlphaESS showcased two products, SMILE-G3-S6 and SMILE-G3-T10, which are suitable for both single-phase and three-phase installations. The company claims that these systems feature intelligent energy management, scalable battery capacity, and reliable backup power capabilities, which can help homeowners maximize the proportion of self-used electricity generated by their own photovoltaic systems, optimize electricity bill expenditures, and meet the ever-changing energy needs of households.

In the industrial and commercial (C&I) sector, AlphaESS demonstrated its mature TB125 system and launched a new model, STORION-LC-TB150, for the first time in Croatia. This model features a dual-liquid cooling system that uses both batteries and converters (PCS), achieving a full charge-discharge efficiency of 91.7%, with a temperature difference not exceeding 3°C and noise levels not surpassing 65 dB (A). The company stated that compared to similar systems, this device has a 20% increase in power, with an estimated total power output over its lifetime increasing by 230MWh, while also offering multiple layers of safety protection.

In the field of large-scale power stations, AlphaESS showcased a complete product portfolio for large-scale energy storage projects, emphasizing its capabilities in integrating renewable energy and enhancing grid flexibility. One of the highlights of the exhibition was the release of the new Aster 6260, which features higher energy density. AlphaESS stated that with its mature turnkey delivery solutions, the company is able to meet the needs of different projects by providing scalable and reliable energy storage systems.

Strengthen collaboration with regional partners to promote long-term development

In addition to devices, AlphaESS also provides an independently developed energy management system (EMS) and a cloud platform to achieve intelligent energy usage optimization and efficient operation and maintenance. The company stated that since entering the European market in 2015, it has also provided technical training, installation support, and after-sales service to regional partners.

Based on the experience accumulated in project implementation in that region and its complete product portfolio, AlphaESS indicates that the company is continuously strengthening collaboration with partners and accelerating the development of the energy storage market in the Adriatic region.
