NVIDIA Stock News: While a Chinese chip order worth approximately $70 billion is still waiting in line for delivery, the stock price of NVDA has risen.
According to Bloomberg, Chinese technology giants have placed orders for approximately 6 million NVIDIA RTX Pro 5500 chips, worth around $70 billion, but currently, most of this demand cannot be met. Alibaba, Tencent, and ByteDance are expected to receive only a small portion of these chips in the coming months, as NVIDIA is prioritizing the supply of its more expensive AI processors to customers such as OpenAI and Anthropic.
Due to TSMC's tight production capacity, and as the capacity is shifting towards the next generation of the Rubin platform, Chinese buyers estimate that the delivery volume by the end of 2027 will be around 700,000 units.
NVIDIA's stock price rose 1.32% before the market opened, reaching $209.42, driven by the strong outlook for artificial intelligence from AMD and Super Micro. Lisa Su, the CEO of AMD, stated that revenue could grow by more than 80% by 2027; Super Micro has also raised its full-year revenue forecast to between $72 billion and $82 billion.
The stock is still below the 20-day, 50-day, and 100-day moving averages, but it is above the 200-day moving average, which is around $204.56. NVIDIA will release its financial report on November 17th, and the market expects revenue to be $109.17 billion.
