Yealink successfully held Workplace Forward Summit at BMW World in Munich, bringing together 400 industry leaders, technical experts, corporate clients, and channel partners from a global collaboration ecosystem. Attendees included representatives from leading technology companies such as Microsoft and Qualcomm, representatives from industry organizations like AVIXA, analysts from Frost and Sullivan, as well as renowned system integrators. They exchanged views on future work methods.
Under the theme of "Building Trust through Innovation," Yealink showcased its one-stop solution, which integrates artificial intelligence tools suitable for various work scenarios to provide a unified and simplified experience in design, management, and service. Looking to the future, Yealink expects that AI agents will reshape the entire lifecycle of the workplace, from design and deployment to daily use and ongoing maintenance. By embedding artificial intelligence into every aspect, Yealink aims to simplify the creation, operation, and maintenance of workplaces, even as these spaces become more complex.
Different perspectives, a shared vision
The summit brought together experts from the entire ecosystem. During the opening discussion, Roopam Jain of Frost & Sullivan pointed out that the priorities in the workplace are changing: shifting from "occupancy rate" to "work efficiency," with the latter becoming the new performance indicator. Jain stated that sales of video equipment in meeting rooms increased by about 15% in the first half of this year, indicating a reinvigoration of the market. He also noted that the three pillars defining the future workplace are: intelligent spaces, scalable simplicity, and trust.
In terms of promoting innovation, discussions were held from multiple perspectives regarding platforms, hardware, and semiconductors. Microsoft's session explored new work systems; Yealink introduced its one-stop solution centered around AI; Qualcomm emphasized that AI embedded in devices is transforming cameras, shifting their function from merely capturing images to understanding content. These viewpoints ultimately converged in the "Innovation Forward" group discussion, where industry experts analyzed how AI can shape the future of intelligent workplaces driven by platforms and integrated devices.
In terms of building trust, the discussion was carried out from three perspectives: security, the adoption of AI, and industry collaboration. Professor Dennis - Kenji Kipker introduced the four fundamental levels of corporate AI security, while AVIXA emphasized transparency, human control, and measurable value as key aspects of adopting AI based on trust. The discussion group of “Trust Forward” also pointed out that trust must be established through secure design, reliable performance, and responsible industry partnerships.
One-stop solution
Yealink achieves its One - Stop Solution through two main pillars: firstly, coverage capability, by utilizing AI-powered solutions to cover a variety of work scenarios; secondly, a unified experience, by integrating design, management, and services together. During the event, the company demonstrated on-site solutions for meeting rooms, professional audio-visual systems ( Pro AV ), SIP telephones, headphones, as well as voice systems for public areas, all complemented by unified management and cutting-edge AI capabilities.
On the occasion of the company's 25th anniversary, this summit also marks another milestone in the relationship between Yealink and its ecosystem. Over the past five years, Yealink has achieved a compound annual growth rate of over 19%, which is four times the market average, further solidifying its position in shaping the industry.
