According to Morgan Stanley, global debt issuance related to AI dropped to $23 billion in September, halving from the level in August and far below the peak of $113 billion in June. Although financing has not disappeared, AI related borrowing reached about $466 billion in the first nine months of 2026, reflecting the company's active financing and expansion efforts at the beginning of the year.
