Washington, October 5, 2026 / PRNewswire / -- Fannie Mae ( OTCQB : FNMA ) Today, we announced the results of our fixed-price cash tender offer for several Connecticut Avenue Securities ® ( CAS ) notes (hereinafter referred to as "notes") listed in the table below. These tender offers are individually designated as "tenders" and collectively referred to as the "tender offer." The relevant terms and conditions are contained in the "Tender Offer Letter" dated September 28, 2026, and the corresponding "Guaranteed Delivery Notice" (collectively referred to as the "tender offer documents").

As of the specified expiration date for the tender offer, which is 5:00 PM on October 2, 2026, New York Time, a total of $1.026 billion in principal amount of notes were effectively submitted and not effectively withdrawn. The following table lists the remaining principal amount of the notes, the proportion of the submitted principal amount, and the amount of principal submitted in the tender offer.

For the bills submitted in the tender offer and accepted for purchase, the settlement date is expected to be October 6, 2026 (Tuesday), hereinafter referred to as the "settlement date." Bills submitted through the "Guaranteed Delivery Notice" and accepted for purchase are expected to be purchased on October 7, 2026 (Wednesday), however, the accrued interest for such bills will only be paid up to the settlement date, excluding the day of the settlement date itself.

BofA Securities, Inc will serve as the designated Chief Transaction Manager for this tender offer, while Citigroup Global Markets Inc will act as the designated Transaction Manager. Global Bondholder Services Corporation will act as the acquisition agent and information agent for this tender offer.
