Singapore, October 5th / PRNewswire / -- The global digital infrastructure platform headquartered in Singapore, DayOne Data Centers Limited (“DayOne”), announced today that it has submitted a registration statement to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) in accordance with Form F-1, regarding its proposed initial public offering (“IPO”). The offering involves the issuance of American Depository Receipts (“ADRs”) representing its common shares. DayOne has applied to list these ADRs on the NASDAQ Global Select Market, with the stock code “DODC”.
Morgan Stanley, J.P, Morgan, BofA Securities, and Citigroup will act as the underwriters for this IPO. The quantity of ADS to be issued and the price range for this issuance have not yet been determined.
