ORLANDO, Fla. On October 19, 2026 / PRNewswire / -- Enciso Systems Today, we announce that we have reached a strategic cooperation with SOLAIYA LLLP and GARDANT GLOBAL to participate as service providers in the recently awarded NASA Solutions for Enterprise - Wide Procurement (SEWP) VI contract.

This alliance enables Enciso Systems to provide professional software development and technical consulting services to NASA and other federal agencies, creating new opportunities to support the operation of critical tasks within the federal government.

Enciso Systems CEO Javier Enciso stated: "Participating in the NASA SEWP VI platform alongside SOLAIYA is a milestone achievement for our company. This collaboration not only validates our strong technical capabilities but also allows us to contribute software expertise directly at the highest level of the federal government in the aerospace sector."

NASA SEWP VI is a multi-award government procurement contract (GWAC), aimed at providing federal agencies with a simplified channel to obtain critical tasks (IT), communication, audio-video solutions, and professional services.

According to the SEWP VI contract, the estimated upper limit for each winning bid contract group is 20 billion US dollars. Enciso Systems will have the opportunity to provide customized IT services, including data-intensive software development, security information management systems, and modernization transformation projects.

By operating as a strategic partner under the existing federal contract framework of GARDANT GLOBAL, Enciso Systems can provide innovative, compliant, and sustainable digital solutions to meet the complex technical needs of NASA and other federal agencies.

GARDANT GLOBAL CEO Paul J. Karch states: "The NASA SEWP VI contract is a key mechanism for modernizing the IT infrastructure, and it is crucial to introduce high-capability technical partners. Enciso Systems has proven track records in complex, data-intensive software engineering and agile execution, which directly aligns with NASA's stringent technical requirements. Their deep domain expertise, coupled with strict quality assurance and security compliance, endows Enciso with the unique qualifications to execute high-demand federal software projects. They are capable of providing high-resilient, high-performance IT solutions under the SEWP VI contract."

The University of Central Florida's Business Incubation Program played a key role in facilitating this collaboration. Through its Soft Landing Program, the program helped international companies expand into the North American market and provided network resources and a strategic environment to assist Enciso Systems in establishing contact with GARDANT GLOBAL, a management consulting firm specializing in government contracts.

The Venture Development Manager Brian Bedrick of the University of Central Florida's business incubation program states: "Connecting innovative tech companies with established government contractors is precisely the goal of our Soft Landing Program."
