According to CoinMeta, DATA Network has announced its migration to SUI and the retirement of its independent blockchain. This migration has received investment support of $30 million from the SUI Foundation. DATA Network, formerly known as Story, plans to migrate its AI training data protocol to the SUI ecosystem. The Trace registry of this project will be integrated into the SUI ecosystem, while Walrus will become the default storage layer for DATA Foundation applications. The network will continue to operate until the upgrade is completed, and a detailed timeline and holder transition plan will be released before the upgrade.
