Bezos: Success should not be regarded as evil
2026-10-12 23:53:19
According to CoinMeta, Jeff Bezos stated that people have been “wrongly” taught that success is evil. He pointed out that anyone can become a billionaire by opening a hamburger stand. He believes that society’s negative view of extreme wealth is wrong and emphasized that success does not equate to evil. He mentioned that many people consider being extremely wealthy to be “morally wrong,” especially among the younger generation; this view exists among 18% of Americans and nearly doubles to 33% among Generation Z, who are aged 18 to 29. Bezos also noted that although the United States faces real affordability issues, voters should be wary of politicians who only criticize without solving the underlying problems.
