Tianyang Technology signs a contract to purchase 20,000 NVIDIA GPU
2026-10-13 08:10:16
According to CoinMeta, Tianyang Technology announced that the company recently signed a "Sales Contract" with Company X, purchasing 20,000 units of NVIDIA (NVDA) GPU products modelled as NVIDIA RTX PRO5500 Blackwell. These products are mainly used for professional workloads such as AI application inference, professional graphics rendering, engineering simulation, and scientific computing, as well as audio and video processing. They are targeted at customers in industries such as media and entertainment, healthcare, education, and scientific research. The contract takes effect from the date both parties affix their seals. Tianyang Technology notes that this purchase is subject to factors such as the chip supply chain, industry supply and demand, and overseas technological regulations. There are risks including delayed batch deliveries of equipment, product performance not meeting standards, inadequate operational support, and the number of delivered products falling short of expectations, with the seller not bearing any liability for breach of contract. This may lead to delays in the company's related business deployment schedule. Additionally, the company may also face impacts from significant changes in the external macro environment, sudden unexpected events, and other force majeure factors.
